The National Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key national customer accounts while ensuring strong customer relationships, service excellence, and profitability. The role oversees account strategy, operational delivery, project rollouts, contract management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Must have previous sales experience within the fashion industry
Drive revenue growth and account profitability
Manage customer relationships and service delivery
Lead national rollouts and operational projects
Coordinate internal teams across sales, production, logistics, and finance
Oversee contracts, pricing, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure SLA compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement
