Key Responsibilities:

Drive national franchise growth by acquiring new partners.

Identify, target, and secure qualified franchisees.

Lead engaging presentations and negotiations to close franchise agreements.

Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and partners.

Represent the brand at key events, expos, and networking functions.

Align with executive leadership on growth strategy and goals.

Travel extensively across South Africa to build a strong national footprint.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate sales (franchise or luxury markets preferred).

A strong sales track record and a passion for driving business development.

A professional, polished image aligned with a premium brand.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
