Work closely with the Zoho Developer to ensure seamless data flows and logic across Zoho and external systems.

Maintain and optimize self-hosted n8n environments, including deployment via Docker or cloud infrastructure.

Create and manage error-handling logic, logging, and data validation routines.

Document workflows, endpoints, and internal templates to enable scalability and team collaboration.

Contribute to internal automation templates for common use cases in payroll, onboarding, and compliance workflows.

Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and integration testing.

Proven experience building automations using n8n (self-hosted or cloud).

Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, Webhooks).

Proficiency with JavaScript/Node.js, especially for use within n8n custom functions.

Experience with JSON, data transformation, and conditional logic in workflow design.

Familiarity with Docker, Linux servers, and basic DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control) – Nice to have.

Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows, debug API responses, and optimize performance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Background in payroll, umbrella services, recruitment tech, or contractor onboarding.

Experience with Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, or related tools.

Exposure to data security and compliance-sensitive environments (e.g., handling PII) – Must Have.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects).

What You’ll Get:

The opportunity to play a strategic role in transforming automation services across the business.

Work on real-world automation challenges that impact contractor onboarding, payroll, compliance, and operations.

Autonomy in tooling decisions, workflow design, and tech stack contributions.

Flexible remote working and an inclusive, problem-solving team culture.

Competitive compensation aligned with experience and engagement type (contractor or full-time).

How to Apply:

If you’re passionate about automation, eager to work with modern tooling, and excited to contribute to a growing tech-enabled payroll and umbrella services company, we’d love to hear from you.

Please submit your CV along with a brief portfolio or summary of past automation projects involving n8n or API integrations.
