Position Overview:
We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for young South Africans to join the MRI SA LEAD Programme. This programme is designed for individuals aged 17-21 who are eager to learn, grow, and develop into industry-ready professionals. The programme aims to empower youth through structured on-the-job training and soft skills development, preparing participants for successful careers while contributing meaningfully to their communities and the broader economy.
Key Responsibilities:
On-the-job Training: Gain practical work experience in a structured, supportive environment that focuses on skill development within various departments.
Soft Skills Development: Participate in weekly workshops focused on personal growth, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Workplace Integration: Learn to navigate a professional work environment, manage time, and interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
Continuous Feedback: Engage in regular performance assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Age: 17-21 years old.
Educational Qualification: Matric (Grade 12) is a minimum requirement.
English Language Proficiency: “C” (5) in English is required.
Mathematics: “D” (4) or Mathematical Literacy “C” (5)
Work Experience No prior work experience required. This is an entry-level opportunity aimed at providing training and professional development.
