Junior Mechanic

A niche sport vehicle rental company in Cape Town is seeking a junior mechanic to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of these sport vehicles.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work on collectible cars.
Job Duties:
Maintenance and upkeep of the vehicles
Assisting customers with vehicle selection and rental agreements
Handling administrative tasks related to vehicle rentals
Processing payments and managing rental contracts
Ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license
Certificate or diploma in vehicle maintenance or automotive repair would be advantageous
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
Proven experience in an automotive repair / maintenance workshop
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Knowledge and
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a fast-paced automotive environment, interacting with customers and handling administrative tasks. The working hours may include weekends and public holidays.
