Key Responsibilities
Vehicle tracking and monitoring on multiple systems.
Delivering extraordinary customer service as well as conscious about our customers and their vehicle safety.
Accurate and timeous communication and follow through on all events & calls received.
Receive calls on the emergency call and update the emergency call register spreadsheet (in case of road incidents/Hijackings/breakdowns. etc…)
Ensure all administrative and shift duties are accurate and complete.
Excellent listener, able to analyse and interpret information.
Capacity to instil an ethic of quality and consistency in self and others
Be responsible for ensuring effective customer liaison interactions and dispute resolution.
