Overview
Mold-Tech Inc. is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team as a Polisher. This position is responsible for polishing plastic injection molds and precision mold components to exacting standards. The work requires patience, attention to detail, and pride in producing high-quality, tight-tolerance finished surfaces. We are willing to train the right person in the specialized skills required for mold polishing.
What You’ll Do
- Polish injection molds and precision mold components
- Produce high-quality surface finishes to customer specifications
- Work with close tolerances and inspect finished work for quality
- Use hand tools and polishing equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with our manufacturing team to meet production schedules
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing experience, technical school, or polishing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work with precision and follow detailed instructions
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop specialized skills
