Job Description
Are you a Mining Planner who is looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! A well established mine in Limpopo is looking for a Mining Planner to join their team. The appointed person will have the responsibility to ensure the creation, optimization and implementation of a business plan to meet strategic targets of the shaft. They will have to ensure the effective maintenance of layouts and new designs.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 with Maths and Science
• Degree/Diploma in Geology, Mining Engineering or Rock Engineering would be an advantage
• Chamber of Mines Advance Certificate (Survey, Rock Engineering) Mine Overseer Certificate would be an advantage
• 5 years’ experience in Underground supervisory position or related Technical Services.
• Knowledge of Underground stope and development planning
