Job Description
My client based in the Mpumalanga Province, is looking to employ an experience and passionate Mine Overseer. The Mine overseer is responsible to ensure that all construction/mining work under his/her control is performed in a safe and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for the safe operation and control of the underground working of the mine. If this sounds like you, apply now.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
• Mine Overseer’s Certificate
• Valid Blasting Certificate
• Computer literacy for the role (MS Office/SAP)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Shift Boss in a metalliferous mine
• Experience as a Shaft Foreman would be advantageous
• Experience in conveyor belt systems would be advantageous
