Responsibilities
Ensure minimal downtime and smooth factory operation through strict preventative maintenance of assigned equipment.
Ensure proper setup of factory equipment.
Be hands-on to resolve autonomous maintenance issues promptly.
Identify and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Analyze, respond to, and resolve equipment malfunctions.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce production loss.
Follow protocols and interpret technical drawings for efficient work.
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance in mechanical, electrical, and control (PLC) areas.
Adhere to safe work practices.
Ensure the production of quality products.
Take personal ownership of production efficiencies.
Execute pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs.
Install and commission machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
Trade Tested Millwright qualification.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment within the FMCG industry.
Bakery experience is an advantage.
PLC experience is required.
