Responsibilities:
Job Overview: To load flour & bran into tankers/trucks.
Monitored machine efficiency
Checked vitamin dosages and quality
Assisted Miller with maintenance at plantsifters, filters and
conveyors
Performed all other duties assigned by Miller
Prepared moisture and quality reports and control sheets when required
Reported deviation to the Miller
Proactive prevented chokes and downtime
Operated Mill Scada
Relieve Miller when necessary
Maintained housekeeping
Always worn safety gear (PPE)
Maintained food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
Matric preferably in Maths and Science
Milling Qualification will be an added advantage
