A Mid-Tier Business Analyst supports project success by gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and helping develop solutions. The role requires effective analytical thinking, clear communication, and a passion for problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, both internally and externally to understand business goals and requirements.
Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Participate in meetings and workshops to elicit and clarify requirements.
Contribute to the development of process models, workflows, and UML diagrams.
Support the testing and quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Creation of training materials and user guide documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis
Requirements / Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business scenarios and propose practical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Detail orientated with effective organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in using relevant software tools and business analysis software.
