Minimum requirements:
Were looking for a passionate, self-motivated Mid-Senior Brand and Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team of creatives. You will report to our Managing Director, who will rely on you to confidently manage multiple brands across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
– Strategy Development & Management:
Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies, with specific emphasis on social media strategies.
– Marketing Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, with specific emphasis on Social Media channels.
– Copywriting and Content Creation:
Create copy for clients and oversee content creation, ensuring messaging aligns with brand identity and client objectives.
– Creative Direction:
Oversee projects executed by the design team, ensuring designs align with brand identity.
– Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies, with specific emphasis on Social Media channels.
– Client Management:
Work closely with clients to develop and execute tailored brand and marketing strategies.
– Social Media Campaigns: create, test, monitor, optimize, and report on social media back-end campaigns, ensuring alignment with set client KPIs. Performance Tracking:
Monitor campaign objectives, report on insights and adjust strategies based on performance analytics.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 6 years in brand and marketing management, preferably in an agency environment.
Education:
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related fields.
Skills:
o Strong strategic thinking and creative
problem-solving
abilities. o Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. o Excellent
communication
