Job Description:
We are looking for a Mid-Level IT Technician with at least 2 years of experience in IT support. The ideal candidate will have strong remote support skills, a solid understanding of networks and firewalls, and experience with software support and antivirus solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and firewall issues.
Install, configure, and support software solutions including antivirus and security tools.
Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting.
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, and software support.
Proficiency in remote IT support and troubleshooting.
Valid driver’s license (for occasional site visits).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
