Job Summary:
As a Mid-Level Multimedia / DTP Designer, you’ll lead the charge on creative projects, guide junior designers, and create impactful concepts, layouts, and final artwork. Your role will be crucial in shaping our brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create concepts and layouts aligned with our standards and branding.
Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts for print.
Collaborate in developing new campaigns and ideas, bringing them from concept to execution.
Assist with the preparation of illustrations and layouts for final production.
Liaise with external printers for print-related jobs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply new techniques.
Update and maintain content on all communication platforms (Website, Facebook, etc.).
Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and deliver innovative designs.
Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Skills and Experience
Required:
5+ years of experience in Design and Multimedia.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver).
Experience in digital marketing and advertising.
Strong understanding of HTML and motion graphics.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong creative flair.
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
A passion for sport (essential).
3-year Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
