Job Opportunity: HR Officer with Motor Industry Bargaining Council Experience
Essential Requirement: MUST have Motor Industry Bargaining Council work experience.
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Salary: R60,000 – R70,000 CTC per month (negotiable)
Benefits: Provident Fund and December Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:45
Qualifications and Background Checks
Degree-level tertiary qualification in Human Resources
Background checks including ICT Criminal background check and qualification verification will be conducted for successful applicants
Additional Requirements
EE for male and/or female candidates (Indian, African, and/or Coloured)
Strong IR (Industrial Relations) skills, knowledgeable of Labour Law and MIBCO agreements
Experience working within the warehouse or motor industry is an advantage
5-6 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years as an HR Generalist and 2 years in a senior HR Officer role
Ability to manage HR/IR issues within a warehouse environment
Experience interacting with unions and employee representatives
Knowledge of the Motor Industry is an advantage
Computer literacy:
Advanced proficiency in Office Excel, PowerPoint; SAGE 300 experience is a plus
Skills in IR Management, Recruitment and Selection, Talent and Performance Management, Training and Development, HR Administration and Reporting, Remuneration and Benefits, BEE and Employment Equity, Relationship Management
