Merchandise Assistant (Fixed Term Contract) – homechoice Jobs in Southern Suburbs, Western Cape at Homechoice
You will be responsible for maintaining the in-house Systems and provide additional support to the Planner(s) in fulfilling orders while assisting the Buyer with day-to-day administrative duties.

Create and link Product Offers correctly by month and marketing material
Create order codes, SKU/Items, and price lists within our systems
Ensure accurate preparation for presentations / internal meetings
Day-to-day administration
Sample management and tracking
Create product fact sheet for new development
Channel, supplier and warehouse liaison
Effective Order management
Ensure accurate and timely proofing of marketing materials
Can prioritise and work in a deadline-driven environment
Drive your own development

What you’ll need to do this role
Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum 2 Years of working experience
A diploma or similar tertiary education is a plus
Have experience working in systems
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proficient in full MS Office package
