Our client, a non-profit, medical scheme based in Pretoria is seeking a Membership Individual Quality Controller to join the team.
Duties include but not limited to:
Responsible for performing quality control on all administrative updates and staying in touch with operational requirements
Additionally manage a financial profile and provide ad-hoc assistance to ensure the optimal functioning of the department
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related
A minimum of 3 years membership administration and reconciliation experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong MS Word and Excel skills
Report writing
Salary is commensurate with experience level.
