Members Sales Consultant – Full-Time
Location: Zone Fitness Rondebosch
Zone Fitness is on the lookout for energetic, motivated, and goal-driven individuals who are passionate about health and fitness to join our team as MembershipSales Consultants at our Rondebosch branch.
Job Purpose:
As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to grow our club’s membership base by selling memberships and driving brand loyalty. You will be expected to generate your own leads and convert them into successful sales. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you thrive in this role.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent)
Minimum 6 months’ sales experience (fitness industry experience is advantageous)
Basic computer literacy
High energy levels and a genuine passion for the fitness lifestyle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets
