Role Overview
Join our dedicated team at our Addictions Recovery Centre in Plettenberg Bay as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and healthcare professionals. You’ll manage day-to-day front-desk operations, foster a professional, welcoming and confidential environment, whilst working closely with our nursing team, clinical professionals and external partners to ensure smooth patient journeys and efficient centre operations.

Inherent Requirement, Skills & Qualifications
Inherent:
Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Proven experience as a medical receptionist
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Proficiency in MS Office and practice-management software (e.g., Medisoft, Exact)
Empathetic, patient-focused approach with strong confidentiality ethos
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Desirable:
Certificate in Office Administration or Medical Reception
Familiarity with addiction-recovery terminology and care pathways
