Medical Doctor Wanted – Join Our Community Practice
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Medical Doctor to join our team. The position presents a distinctive opportunity to contribute within a medical facility consisting of a pharmacy, clinic, physiotherapy service, and optometry practice, whilst establishing oneself as an engaged and respected member of the community.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about collaborative healthcare, patient education, and building long-term relationships with patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide medical consultations within the facility and occasional emergency consultations.
· Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
· Support preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and wellness initiatives.
· Engage with the community in a warm, approachable, and professional manner.
Requirements:
· Fully licensed Medical Doctor (eligible to practice locally).
· Interest or experience in community-based or primary healthcare.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to take lead and be actively involved in the community.
Be able to speak and understand Afrikaans
