Who are we looking for?

BTL Medical SA is looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to bind the right target customers and who can further grow the turnover in SA in the coming years. As a born networker you are able to make professional contact with specialized doctors such as plastic surgeons, dermatologists and you can connect these target groups with each other. You are constantly aware of developments within your region. You translate the insights gained into a strategic sales plan with clear goals and result-oriented actions.

What are you going to do?

You map your region and analyze the total picture of specialists and premium private clinics within your area of work

You work on expanding and maintaining your network, or key stakeholders and influencers

You take the lead and ensure the development, drafting and implementation of a strategic sales plan for your region

You engage in portfolio selling where you advise and negotiate solutions based on direct and latent customer needs

You are and feel responsible for the sales results achieved

You participate in national conferences where you represent us to our target group

This role is 80% field and 20% home based

You report directly to the director of BTL Medical SA.

Which profile are we looking for?

Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. Sales Management, Marketing or similar)

At least 3 years of commercial (sales) experience

You understand Value-Based Selling and know how to apply Sales Intelligence in a market of capital goods

You are a born networker, relationship builder and connector and you find it challenging to offer a suitable solution based on an individual customer analysis

You have a 'can do' mentality and are a driven go-getter. You have courage!

You are able to plan and apply your commercial intuition in order to optimally utilize the growth opportunities in the market

You work independently, function well within a team and like to achieve the best results together

You preferably live in GP

Affinity with the medical industry is a plus, but not a must
