ULL-TIME REMOTE POSITION – MEDICAL RESEARCH ANALYST

About the Role:
We are a U.S.-based investigative company seeking detail-oriented, reliable individuals to join our growing remote team. You will be responsible for contacting medical providers, gathering and verifying information, and compiling clear reports that support our insurance investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
Call medical facilities to verify patient data and appointments
Follow scripts and protocols to log findings accurately
Compile reports based on call outcomes and document reviews
Communicate with the U.S. team.
Work U.S. business hours (EST or PST )
Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Professional phone manner
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Fast internet and a quiet work environment
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Prior experience in healthcare, research, admin, or virtual assistance is a plus
