Key responsibilities:
Assist the Account Director in developing and implementing media strategies and campaigns.
Manage day-to-day client communications, acting as a key point of contact.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of digital media campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations foroptimization.
Support the preparation of client presentations and reports, showcasing campaign results and insights.
Help identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing clients.
Ensure all digital media activities align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Maintainup-to-dateknowledge of digital media trends and innovations, applying them to client strategies.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
