Our client based in Somerset West is on the search towards Mechanical Draughtsman to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- 3+years of work experience with 3D Computer Aided Design (3D CAD)
- Relevant qualification
Duties:
- Prepare and revise mechanical, engineering, and technical drawings for wastewater treatment solutions.
- Develop detailed drawings and layouts using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers to ensure accurate and practical designs.
- Ensure all drawings comply with technical specifications and industry standards.
- Assist with the facilitation of installations according to approved designs.
- Conduct occasional site visits to support installations and project requirements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings and documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and within specified timelines.
- Update and amend drawings as required throughout various project phases.
- Work in a full-time office-based environment in Somerset West with occasional travel to sites.
