Position: Mechanic (Ceres)
Location: Ceres
Our client, an established, well-known, and market-leading service provider in Ceres, is looking for a hardworking and experienced Mechanic to join their team and help maintain company assets in excellent condition to deliver a world-class service. A market-related remuneration package, including a contribution to a Retirement Annuity and Funeral Fund.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effective maintenance of Company vehicles and trailers.
Electrical work on vehicles and equipment.
COF and roadworthiness of vehicles.
Service records of vehicles.
Stock Control.
Assistance with unplanned breakdowns.
Ad-hoc tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric certificate.
A Mechanical Certificate/Diploma will be advantageous.
Experience in mechanical maintenance of trucks, equipment and trailers.
Ability to perform and operate under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Code 8 Driver’s license, preferably EC Driver’s license.
