We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Red Seal Mechanic / Branch Supervisor in the Automotive sector – Atlantis [Cape Town]
- Responsibilities:Oversee daily workshop and branch operations in the Automotive sector
- Coordinate, support, and supervise mechanics and workshop staff
- Allocate workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Assist staff with technical and operational challenges
- Communicate with head office regarding reporting, planning, and operational requirements
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct
- Drive branch efficiency and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Red Seal qualification with 3+ years mechanical/technical experience (diesel/mechanical background advantageous)
- Basic auto-electrical knowledge
