MDOT Night Patrol Jobs in Felch, MI at Dickinson County Road Commission
MDOT Night Patrol is a seasonal postion (November through April). The position would require a CDL Class B, High School Diploma/GED and work a minimum of 40 hours per work week plus overtime as assigned.
Reposibilites include , but are not limited to:
- Winter operations including plowing/sanding/salting with a heavy truck with plow, underbody, wing and sander
- Patroling State Highways with pickup trucks to monitor weather and road conditions
- Heavy Truck/Loader/Equipment Greasing
- Loader operation to load trucks with sand/salt
- Maintain communication with On-Call Road Commission Supervisor
- Understand and complete related documents
- Respond to road related or emergency calls from the Sheriff’s Dispatch
- Cutting edge replacments as needed
- Clearing road debris
Pay: $28.50 per hour
