Mate Jobs in Saldanha at Sea Harvest
Keep accounting records up to date (incl processing of bank, invoicing, journals etc.)
Reconciliations on loans (incl interest calculations)
Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports; ensure all reports comply with relevant accounting standards and regulation
Support senior accountants during month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports summarizing financial activities to management
Generate financial reports for management
Handling of all admin and bank related queries
All submissions and correspondence with SARS
Handling of all company sec (incl. CIPC)
Assisting Senior accountant and finance team with daily activities and request
Desired Experience & Qualification
Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel partner, Sage, Intacct)
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions
Excellent time management and ability to multitask
Understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards in South Africa
Degree in BCom Accounting
Completed SAIPA articles
Package & Remuneration
Salay R20 000.00 – R25 000.00
