DesignRush.com, the leading B2B Marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Director to take ownership of the Awards section and lead its growth in terms of awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Our platform offers four key values to users:

Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.

Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.

Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.

Spotlight: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.

The person in this role will be responsible for the growth initiatives of the Awards section across the company: planning, implementation, and optimization.

Goals:

Double traffic on the Awards section

Triple monthly Awards submissions

Grow Awards Section Revenue substantially

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.

Responsibilities:

Ensure revenue growth for DesignRush’s Awards Section.

Oversee the growth of our Awards sections in terms of awareness, engagement, and revenue

Document and update best practices and processes across the department

Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones to track progress

Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges

Manage digital marketing activities within the department to achieve rapid and consistent growth

Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers

Improve marketing processes and workflow automation using AI tools and agents

Required qualifications:

Over 5 years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leader, with a track record of achieving outstanding results

Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team

Proven success in scaling projects or companies

Proven experience in B2B marketing

Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Goal-oriented individual

Strong knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and workflows

Strong ability to strategize and solve problems

Able to work between 6 AM to 3 PM EST
