Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support lead program data quality, content management, graphic production, and social media posting. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives on accuracy, consistency, and keeping recurring workflows running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and ongoing data quality maintenance for lead program data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across records.
- Enter and manage data and content in the content management system (CMS), maintaining proper formatting and organization.
- Build emails from existing templates by entering text and testing and approving final assets.
- Build graphics from existing templates by entering text and exporting finished assets to specification.
- Post content to social media channels on a regular, scheduled basis, following brand and editorial guidelines.
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with data entry and data quality/management practices.
- Strong experience with excel: xlookup/vlookup, Pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- Comfort working with graphic design and html templates (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) to produce on-brand assets.
- Experience scheduling and posting to social media platforms.
- Ability to manage recurring tasks independently and meet deadlines.
