THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO:
Embrace full accountability for the marketing function, setting and achieving ambitious targets while translating marketing efforts into real sales outcomes.

You will balance creativity with accountability, driven by numbers and committed to delivering measurable results. By analyzing data, you’ll optimize performance, ensuring that marketing initiatives build brand awareness and generate leads and sales conversions.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:

A Formal marketing qualification (degree or diploma) with 5+ years experience as a marketing manager and 2+ years in a services-based business.

A proven ability to build a marketing engine that generates and converts leads, along with experience in brand building, inbound marketing, PR, and event marketing.

Skilled in executing digital marketing strategies on Linked In and other platforms.

Comfortable with technology, data analysis, and insights extraction from platforms like Hub Spot and Google Analytics (2+ years of Hub Spot experience is a plus).

Experience managing multiple agencies to execute marketing strategies effectively.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Co-ordinating the development of a Marketing Strategy and Annual Marketing Plan

Driving Brand Awareness

Managing the Inbound Marketing process

Supporting in developing and executing business unit strategies effectively (including developing processes and marketing material and/ or tools for them to implement, e.g., direct drops on their behalf)

Launching and marketing the company’s Freemium offering

Launching and marketing the company’s AI Coach offering

Managing Strategic Partnerships

Managing Summits and Conferences

Innovating

Supporting the company BHAG

Reporting

Internal Marketing

Supporting the admin team, IP team, and management team with ad hoc marketing needs as required
