DS International is seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing efforts across a portfolio of leading wellness brands. This role requires a hands-on leader who can think strategically while managing day-to-day execution, working closely with agencies, influencers, and retail partners to drive brand growth both online and in-store.
Location: JHB South (In-office, Full-time)
Salary: R30 000 – R45 000 (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple wellness brands
• Lead and manage the relationship with our digital marketing agency to drive campaign performance and ROI
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across digital and retail channels
• Build, manage, and grow relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and key partners
• Drive in-store marketing strategy, including activations, branding, and retail rollouts
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and national retailers to align marketing with commercial objectives
• Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure efficient execution and measurable results
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to inform future strategies
• Identify growth opportunities and new channels to expand brand reach
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within FMCG, retail, or wellness
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute at a high level
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with agencies, influencers, and retail partners
• Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
• Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach
