Key Purpose
To create brand andcommunicationsolutions that enable business to meet their objectives by:
Driving and defining the implementation of brand andcommunicationstrategy and solutions.
Interfacing with senior business people to define and co-ordinate brand orcommunicationstrategy.
Understanding the impact of that strategy across business.
Working closely with and collaborating with Vitality’s key partners to achieve business objectives and increase sales.
Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to:
Unpacking complex business needs and providingcreative solutionsthat are strategically sound, creative and relevant to the market.
Turning strategies into executional ideas that are realistic,impactfuland memorable.
Developing people throughleadershipand coaching.
Building and maintaining relationships with key business people, both at a strategic and operational level.
Building and maintaining relationships with key Vitality Fitness partners to collaborate and implement campaigns.

Important to note:
This role requires managing a variety of projects at one time, and this is ongoing throughout the year. You must be able to multi-task on multiple projects, work calmly under pressure, and be resilient. You also need to be able to manage your own time, and be a self-starter.
Education and Experience
Qualifications
Minimum 3-year undergraduate degree.
Post graduate qualification in marketing is preferable.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing or Communications.
Must have managed at least one person for at least 2 years.
