We are a well-established helicopter & boat tour operator based at the iconic V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, & highly motivated Marketing & Inbound Tourism Specialist to help grow our business & strengthen our relationships within the tourism industry.
If you have a proven track record in tourism marketing, understand the inbound travel market, & enjoy building strong industry relationships, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, guest houses, tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs), travel agencies & concierge teams.
· Promote our helicopter & boat experiences to the inbound tourism market.
· Source new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
· Coordinate and manage group bookings & special events.
· Prepare quotations, itineraries.
· Work closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Reequipments:
· Proven Experience in marketing within the tourism, hospitality, or travel industry.
· Excellent knowledge of the hotel, tourism & travel sectors.
· Strong understanding of the inbound tourism market in South Africa.
· Experience working with international tour operators, DMCs & travel agents.
· Professional, confident & customer focused.
· Well-presented with a high standard of professionalism.
· Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are essential.
