Role Description
We are looking for acreative and adaptable Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our retail head office team. This role isnot limited to social media or graphic design alone. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work across different areas of marketing within a fast-paced retail environment. You will work ondigital content, in-store marketing material, social media, and communication with stores and other stakeholders, helping to bring our brands and promotions to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Create graphic design content for social media, campaigns, in-store advertising and marketing initiatives.
- Manage and produce content for Instagram, Facebook, Webstore and Tik Tok
. - Design in-store marketing material such as posters, signage, and promotional displays.
- Assist with marketing communication between head office, stores, and shopping centre management
. - Work on campaign planning and brand messaging across multiple channels.
- Support product launches, promotions, and retail marketing activities
. - Assist in creating staff training and product knowledge content where required.
- Capture and edit photography and video content for marketing campaigns and social media.
- Travel to stores when required for marketing activations and content creation
Requirements
- Strong graphic design ability is essential. We require a minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related programs; however your talent is of utmost importance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory. Applications without these skills will not be considered.
- Experience with Canva & Cap Cut and social media content creation.
- A portfolio showcasing design work is required.
- Interest in fashion, retail, branding, and marketing
. - Comfortable working in a role that includes both creative and operational marketing tasks
. - Ability to adapt and contribute across different marketing functions
, not only social media design. - Photography and video editing skills are advantageous
, but training will also be provided. - Must be a team player looking for long-term career stability and growth
