A leading international SaaS company operating in the fintech and proptech sector is seeking an energetic and detail-orientedGlobal Marketing Data Analystto join their South African team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Analytics.
As a Global Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies. This role requirescross-functional collaborationto collect data, create reports, and drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse marketing lead and campaign performance data for reporting andoptimization.
Evaluate marketing performance across omni-channels, including paid, owned, and earned media.
Manage campaign and source data within global CRM(s).
Ensure accurate data collection using SQL, Excel, and GA4/Tag Manager.
Collaborate with teams to align database marketing with business goals (e.g., data cleansing, standardization, and list creation for outbound prospecting).
Improve marketing reporting processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Bachelor’s of Business (Marketing)
Around 5+ years’ experience in marketing data analysis or a similar role.
Proven track recordin using data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Python.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and metrics.
Experience with or knowledge of marketing SaaS products (B2C FMCG industries are also valuable).
Strongcommunicationskills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a meticulous focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Salary and
Benefits:
R750 000 / year CTC.
Hybrid working arrangements with 1-2 days in the Stellenbosch office. Fullyremote workingarrangements outside of the Cape Town and the Cape Winelands area.
