Job Description / Duties :
Support the Marketing Manager with various projects and organizational tasks.
Create and publish online content for the company’s social media pages, platforms, and websites in line with the corporate identity (CI).
Design creative assets and write or edit marketing materials such as blog posts, e-newsletters, brochures, etc., to enhance the company’s market presence.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and other content for optimization.
Assist in organizing promotional events and digital or traditional campaigns, attending them to ensure their success.
Manage order placement and oversee the delivery process.
Perform administrative tasks to support departmental functionality and coordination.
Maintain internal and external communication with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Minimum Requirements :
Relevant qualification in marketing or a related field, or currently studying towards such a qualification.
2-3 years of relevant experience or a formal qualification.
Knowledge of marketing principles and digital content trends.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Design experience.
Beneficial but not required:
Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), experience with CRM systems like Hub Spot.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
Well-organized with effective time management skills to meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards.
Energetic and self-motivated.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
Ability to escalate issues to management promptly to facilitate timely resolution.
Adherence to all company policies, procedures, systems, and methodologies.
