About the Role
As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll support the People Team and other departments by managing projects, creating engaging content, and ensuring seamless communication. You’ll be at the heart of our internal marketing efforts—designing, coordinating, and delivering impactful messages that drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the People Team to identify needs and manage projects.
Design internal communication assets using Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Maintain digital systems including HubSpot, the Intranet, and our Digital Asset Management platform.
Coordinate cross-functional communication and support day-to-day marketing operations.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that support Harambee’s organisational goals.
What We’re Looking For
Matric / Grade 12 and a relevant qualification in Marketing or Advertising.
Minimum 3–5 years of related experience.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and WordPress.
A detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy team player with strong time management skills.
