Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised Marketing Operations Co-ordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our campaign managers, designers, web operations, and external agencies—ensuring marketing campaigns are trafficked and executed on time, every time. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across channels (digital, CRM, web, paid media, etc.)
Traffic and manage all creative and content assets, ensuring they meet brief requirements, deadlines, and platform specs
Serve as the central point of contact between campaign managers, design, copy, web ops, and third-party marketing agencies
Maintain and update campaign tracking tools and calendars, ensuring full visibility across teams
Support the QA of campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and brand compliance
Proactively identify and flag operational roadblocks, delays, or misalignments, and help solve them quickly
Assist in implementing and improving marketing workflows, SOPs, and processes to scale efficiency
Ensure clear documentation and delivery of campaign requests, briefs, timelines, and approvals
Report on campaign execution status, flagging risks or opportunities to improve turnaround times
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a marketing operations or campaign co-ordination role, ideally in a digital-first environment
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable working across diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency with marketing and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Airtable, etc.)
Understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, CRM, web, etc.) and asset formats
Eye for detail and a high bar for quality control
Bonus: experience working in the sports betting, iGaming, or entertainment sector
