guest experience
coordination, and analytics is highly desirable. This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, with a background in social media management
Experience in hospitality or tourism – advantageous
Degree or Diploma in Marketing
Minimum Grade 12 education (essential).
Time management and attention to detail
Strong abilities in administration, networking, customer relations, crisis management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Candidate Responsibilities:
Develop & execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitors
Create compelling digital & print content for engagement
Expand online presence & grow customer base
Coordinate events, promotions & partnerships
