My client is looking for a bubbly, energetic person to work hand in hand with the marketing manager. Must have a valid drivers licence and own car.
POSITION INFO :
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for updating and managing the databases within the companies IP.
Capturing all third-party project reports and updates from relevant team members.
Post event mailers, after an event capture and update databases. Passing on any additional requests to relevant people.
Update the POPIA databases.
Capture all internal lead generation enquiries (Spec Tool, Colour-Wheel, Quote Tool, Applicator requests etc.).
Online event registration, capture, filter, and report.
Population and generation of reports on databases effectiveness.
Social media, understand the basis of Meta and how to utilize their cross platforms abilities.
ADHOC requirements will be instructed in line with marketing and sales requirements.
Print and Digital from design to final production. Brief design to be supplied or transcribed.
Support the National Marketing Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing set objectives, planning, and organizing promotional presentations, and updating event details.
Marketing and promote the internal and external showrooms of the group.
Focus on creating awareness to selected target audience.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
Microsoft Office and Outlook – fully familiar (PowerPoint, Excel Advance and Word)
Driver’s license
Social Media Skills
Package & Remuneration
R15K Basic plus Medical Aid for the Main member as well as Provident Fund.
