Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategies
Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and shows
Assisting with communication and administrative duties among different internal departments
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
Assisting with the distribution of company marketing materials
Monitoring all social platforms for trending topics, feedback, and opportunities
Maintain database of contacts
Monitor project related platforms to provide leads to the projects team
Monitor product compliance.
Requirements:
2-3 years in a marketing role
Graphic design skills
Experience in the electro technical environment
BCom Degree (or equivalent)
Knowledge of marketing principles
Basic understanding of economics
Must have mid level proficiency in Excel
Proficient in MS Office
E.g. Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Exceptional level of attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proofreading and editing abilities (an exceptional command of grammar)
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Ability to think creatively and outside the box
