Marketing and Events Coordinator
RPO Recruitments’ client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing and Events Coordinator to join their team in Knysna, Western Cape. This role provides comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Estate Manager and Board, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence to homeowners.
Responsibilities:
Manage administration and organizational support for Board Committee and internal meetings.
Act as a liaison with owners, residents, and other stakeholders, managing the estate’s rental portfolio.
Filter and manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Liaise with and coordinate with the marketing team, supporting content creation and acting as the central point of information for estate agents.
Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns, including a monthly estate newsletter, website updates, and maintenance.
Plan, organize, and coordinate estate events, including post-event evaluation.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
