Job Description
A leading organisation within the enterprise mobility sector, is seeking a Marketing and Communications Administrator to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can confidently develop, execute, and manage marketing and communication initiatives that support business growth and strengthen brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage communication and brand strategies.
Collaborate with management, employees, vendors, agencies, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market and competitor research to support sales and marketing activities.
Ensure all communication aligns with business objectives and brand standards.
Manage relationships with advertising, PR, digital, and marketing agencies.
Develop and coordinate marketing budgets, schedules, deadlines, and campaign objectives.
Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
Drive product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Identify media and publicity opportunities in partnership with PR agencies.
Manage websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads and Linked In.
Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and other communication channels.
Coordinate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Prepare marketing reports, campaign analyses, and budget tracking reports.
Manage internal and external communication activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or public relations role within a business-to-business environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and multi-channel campaign management.
Experience with Google Ads, remarketing campaigns, Linked In marketing, and website management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management, organisational, and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong media relations and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Own reliable transport and willingness to travel occasionally when required.
