A leading organisation within the enterprise mobility sector, is seeking a Marketing and Communications Administrator to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can confidently develop, execute, and manage marketing and communication initiatives that support business growth and strengthen brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage communication and brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with management, employees, vendors, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales and marketing activities.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Manage relationships with advertising, PR, digital, and marketing agencies.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing budgets, schedules, deadlines, and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Drive product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify media and publicity opportunities in partnership with PR agencies.
  • Manage websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads and Linked In.
  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare marketing reports, campaign analyses, and budget tracking reports.
  • Manage internal and external communication activities.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or public relations role within a business-to-business environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Experience with Google Ads, remarketing campaigns, Linked In marketing, and website management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong media relations and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Own reliable transport and willingness to travel occasionally when required.
