Key Responsibilities:
Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks and coordination
Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines
Organize and maintain marketing documents, reports, and databases
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media postings
Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and promotional materials
Monitor marketing budgets and track expenses
Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials
Requirements:
Proven experience in a marketing administrative or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines
Experience with Canva and basic design skills are a plus
