Remote Role
Position: Marketing & Account Manager
Full-Time | UK Hours (9am–5pm)
Salary: R15,000/month + Commission on new sales

We’re a UK-based B2B marketing agency looking for a confident and experienced Account Manager to take ownership of new and existing client relationships and keep projects moving smoothly. You’ll be the go-to contact for your clients, ensuring their marketing campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You’ll collaborate with our internal team, keep communications tight, and be trusted to manage multiple accounts with professionalism and proactivity.
Responsibilities
Own the client relationship for accounts, acting as their main point of contact including both sales calls and client calls
Schedule and lead monthly or bi-weekly calls to provide updates and gather feedback
Brief creatives and specialists based on client goals and feedback
Monitor progress of deliverables like newsletters, outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns
Review all work before it’s sent to the client, ensuring it meets expectations
Support onboarding for new clients and manage internal timelines and updates
Spot risks or opportunities in each account and suggest solutions
Contribute to internal process improvement and documentation
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in account management in an agency setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple client relationships with confidence
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Able to work UK hours (9am–5pm), Monday to Friday
