**** Qualification Requirements:
** Marketing qualification or relevant degree, a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a marketer within the construction industry, proven experience in conducting in-depth market research and analyzing consumer trends, strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and the ability to adapt strategies based on data analysis and valid driver’s license and reliable transport for traveling to various job sites and meetings.
Key responsibilities for this role include, to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the construction industry, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities within the construction. Analyze campaign performance metrics and consumer data to adjust marketing strategies and maximize results. Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaigns.
