Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Service Technician, The Marine Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting marine electronics and navigation systems. The technician will provide field service support to clients, ensuring equipment is functioning efficiently and safely. A key component of the role is delivering excellent customer service by addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of marine electronics and navigation systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Experience in Field Service, including on-site support and technical assistance
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach
- Understanding and experience in general Maintenance procedures and practices
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in marine electronics or related fields are a plus
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for on-site service assignments
- Tertiary qualifications in Electronic Engineering.
