Pupose Of The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring temporary workforce capacity is effectively sourced, compliant, trained, deployed and productive during key intake periods.
The role supports enrolment delivery by coordinating temporary staffing requirements nationally, maintaining consistent service standards, and ensuring that HR, finance and operational processes are followed.
Working Conditions
This is a national, office-based role with occasional campus travel during intake periods. Extended hours may be required during peak recruitment and enrolment cycles, particularly during January to March and March to June intake periods.
